planning on going horseback riding this weekend? You wear the right horse to carry not only for comfort but for safety. We'll tell you why you should never wear sneakers.

LAYER UP

On a warm day, wear a shirt in a light material that breathes. Cotton works well. When cold, it is better to wear layers as you might feel warmer as vožnje.Dugih sleeved cotton shirt with a jacket or shirt works well. Make sure that clothes are loose enough so that you can move comfortably. Double-check if there are no loose accessories, ties, belts, a series of socializing that might get caught in the saddle.

riding breeches

Try to wear proper riding pants or jodhpurs. These fit well, nor too tight and not too wide. Remain tight jodhpurs with knee to the ankle so you can easily put on your boots, but to sit above the knees loose, so you can move comfortably. If you do not have proper jodhpurs or trousers, then pick up straight pants that are too tight. Avoid shorts if you want to avoid friction. Jeans tend to be all stiff and inflexible when they are wet.

riding boots

wear riding boots if possible. If not, select leather shoes with hard toes. The foot wear should be a one-inch heel, or approximately so that the foot does not slip through the stirrups. Wear pulling on the boots or shoes without laces. Laces can get caught in the stirrup and the saddle as you mount your horse. Do not wear shoes for riding as they have no heel for grip, they are too soft and does not offer any protection and have laces.

riding helmet

is always ... Always wear a helmet and equipped, and ensure that it is properly fastened around the chin. If you have long hair, tie it back so it will not get in your eyes or caught up in anything. Do not just wear any other helmet can happen to own, such as motor, baseball, hockey or bike helmet. Riding helmets are specifically designed to protect you from falling on the amount of the hoof, or a blow to the head. Other helmets do not have these factors in mind. I do not take your helmet off, because they are hot and uncomfortable, or because you think your horse is obedient and nothing could go wrong.
